Database maintenance

To start, we analyse and document your IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improving database performance. After agreeing on the principles and methods for IT maintenance work, we connect your equipment to our monitoring system.

To make sure database operations satisfy your organisation’s needs, we offer continuous remote database maintenance services. If you select full Oracle, Microsoft SQL or MySQL maintenance, we ensure not only database uptime but also pre-agreed performance indicators (using existing resources).

We constantly monitor database performance indicators, check event logs, respond to service requests and effectively handle incident management. We can also advise on database maintenance issues.

We provide periodic activity reports on your databases, including SLA fulfilment and analysis of service requests as well as added insights and recommendations and assessment of potential risks.

By separate agreement, we can provide the following extended database services: updates (patch installation), productivity enhancement, secondary data copy storage, and database migration.
