Equipment maintenance

We handle tasks linked to warranty maintenance for IT equipment: when equipment fails, we contact the suppliers, register the problem, and track the status of its resolution. We deliver, install and deploy repaired equipment and regularly update software as per manufacturer requirements.

We also analyse warranty maintenance agreements and inform you about any changes in a supplier’s policies and compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
