Network and wireless connectivity maintenance

To start, we analyse and document your IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improving system performance. After agreeing on the principles and methods for IT maintenance work, we connect your equipment to our monitoring system.

We monitor LAN, Wi-Fi and DWDM equipment for status, traffic and errors, and regularly update software versions. We plan and adjust the configuration of network equipment according to your requirements and verify the results of any changes. If equipment fails, we’ll contact the manufacturer’s representatives and initiate repair or replacement.

We provide periodic activity reports on your systems, including SLA fulfilment, analysis of service requests, assessment of risks, and recommendations for network development.

We maintain LAN devices produced by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco and Huawei, Wi-Fi devices produced by Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company.
