Operating systems maintenance

To start, we analyse and document your IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improving the performance of the Windows, Linus or Unix operating system. After agreeing on the principles and methods for IT maintenance work, we connect your equipment to our monitoring system.

We ensure smooth functioning of the environment for information systems, databases and infrastructure services. We perform configuration tasks for the operating system (OS), and if the need arises we promptly reinstall the server version of the operating system.

We also periodically check event logs, fix any OS faults, document modifications, and install OS updates. We keep a backup copy of the OS configuration.

We monitor the status of the client’s hardware (server), perform repairs covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and install updates.

We provide periodic activity reports on the client’s operating system, including SLA fulfilment and analysis of service requests as well as added insights and recommendations and assessment of potential risks.
