Security solutions maintenance

To start, we analyse and document your IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improving system performance. After agreeing on the principles and methods for IT maintenance work, we connect your equipment to our monitoring system.

We notify you of any attacks and take measures to stop them, and monitor the condition of your security equipment on a daily basis and make repairs. We also take preventive actions to reduce potential future vulnerability: we regularly update security systems software and vulnerability definitions (or verify automated updates), propose business process adjustments, and conduct penetration tests and checks of system effectiveness.

We administer and optimise firewall functionality and prepare blocked-traffic (Deny rule) reports. We also create firewall continuity plans.

We conduct needs analysis for the control of inbound and outbound web traffic on the internal network, and prepare virus scanner reports for this traffic as well as reports on web-based internal network attacks.

We maintain Fortinet and Cisco firewall solutions.
