Virtualization platform maintenance

To start, we analyse and document your IT infrastructure and recommend ways to improve virtualization platform performance. After agreeing on the principles and methods for IT maintenance work, we connect your equipment to our monitoring system.

We check the condition of your hardware, perform repairs covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and install updates. We also monitor virtualization platform parameters, plan and install security updates (as per manufacturer recommendations), and inform you about future needs for equipment, licences or enhancements.

We handle related configuration tasks: based on your needs, we launch new virtual machines or eliminate those no longer needed.

We create a platform continuity plan and, while simulating critical incidents in recovery tests, “rehearse” full platform recovery within the agreed time frame.

We provide periodic activity reports on your virtualization platform, including SLA fulfilment and analysis of service requests as well as added insights and recommendations for development of the platform (to ensure planned accessibility), and assessment of potential risks.

We maintain the VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM and Oracle VM virtualization platforms.
