1993 marks the beginning of the company, which finds its business opportunities through professionalism and an exceptional work philosophy.
Self-confidence and trust in others opened the way for us to grow and expand: alongside Blue Bridge, the software solutions company Blue Bridge Code and the dynamic IT services firm Blue Bridge Bond were established.
. Our growing family of companies also needed a bigger home. We moved into new offices at J.Jasinskio Street 16A.
In the course of a cosy summer event, together we clarified what is especially important to us – the values of Blue Bridge Group. Responsibility, trust, openness to change and enjoyment of working together are what constantly accompany our work with each other, with clients and with partners.
We were inspired by meeting with the internationally respected management consultant and trainer Claude Zarrouk, who helped us strengthen our culture of feedback. Our friendship with this lecturer has continued now for more than 15 years.
As we grew, our stories, impressions and memories also increased, and we wrote them down in the Blue Bridge Book. We still carefully preserve the only copy.
In 2010, Blue Bridge became a cloud computing pioneer in Lithuania as one of the first to start offering cloud computing services from our own data centre. We also contributed to educating the IT community by setting up the first cloud computing blog, speaking at countless conferences and writing reams of articles.
For the first time we were selected as the “Most Attractive Employer”.
Blue Bridge technical support centre was recognised as the best in the Baltic countries.
Teamgate, a new generation sales CRM provider, joined our group of companies.
In 2014 we earned a higher client satisfaction rating than those of the global or European IT sector.
A veterans club was established and now boasts more than 40 members – people who have been part of the Blue Bridge Group team for a decade or more.
We declared 2015 a year of personal development and mentorship, with a focus on spreading good working practices by seeking out and serving ourselves as mentors. We share our knowledge and experience with each other and thus all grow together.
