Cookie Policy

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file or software element sent to your device which stores information related to browsing history, and a set of data on your device’s Internet usage. It is controlled by your web browser and sometimes has a randomly generated unique number. You can read it, delete it or modify it.

2. Why do we use cookies?

We continually seek new ways to improve our website and provide better service. That’s why we use the various types of cookies described below under “6. What types of cookies are used?”.

3. How do we provide notification about the use of cookies?

Notification is given on connecting to the website for the first time, including a “Learn more” link to full information about cookies that are installed and used on the site. You in any case always have control over the cookies. You can decline or eliminate (delete, uninstall) them at any time.

4. How is consent to the use of cookies given?

By using the website and clicking the “AGREE” button in the pop-up information bar, you confirm that you agree and allow the website manager to store cookies on your end device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

We draw your attention to the fact that if you click “DECLINE” in the pop-up information bar mentioned above or if you do not make any choice and continue to browse the website, only those cookies will be stored on your end device which are essential for the website’s proper functioning. (For more details on the cookies stored in such a case, see the section below titled “6. What types of cookies are used?”.)

Note that by using the website, you also agree and confirm that all the data associated with your activity on the website may be used by Google for the purposes specified above in “2. Why do we use cookies?”.

5. How can cookies be refused and/or uninstalled?

You can manage and/or uninstall cookies yourself. There are two ways to uninstall cookies.

In your browser, you can review the cookies that are installed on your computer and delete them individually or all at once. The specific actions needed in order to do so depend on which browser you use. (In Mozilla Firefox, for example, in the upper right part of the browser window select ︙, then “Settings”, then at the bottom of the page click on “Show advanced settings” and in the “Privacy” section click “Content settings”. Then, if you wish to delete all cookies at once, in the “Cookies” section click on “All cookies and site data”, in the upper right of the page select “Remove all”, and, finally, in the bottom right click on “Done”. If you want to delete individual cookies, then in the “Cookies” section you need to go to the name of the relevant cookie and click the “x” to its right.)

You can also configure your web browser to block cookies or to notify you when any cookie is installed. The specific actions needed in order to do so depend on which browser you use.

You can configure your browser separately for each device that you use.

Note that removing or blocking cookies that are used on the website may impact the site’s functioning and some of its features, and may also negatively influence your use of services available on the site.

6. What types of cookies are used?

Cookies may be “session cookies”, used only while you are browsing the Internet and automatically deleted when the browser is closed, “persistent cookies”, which are stored on your end device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) until they expire or you refuse them in one of the ways described above under “How can cookies be refused and/or uninstalled?”, or “third-party cookies”, which are used by a person who is not the website manager.
